Ada Newlin "Butch" Dehaven

Ada Newlin "Butch" DeHaven, 89, of Winchester, VA., formerly of Clear Brook, VA., died Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in her home in Winchester, VA.

Mrs. Dehaven was born in Winchester, VA., on August 25, 1928 the daughter of the late Robert Conley and Rebecca Peters Newlin.

She married Linden Lee Dehaven on February 7, 1953 in Hagerstown, Md.
He died February 5, 1976.

She was retired as a press operator from Crown, Cork and Seal Co., after 25 years. She was member of Bethel Grange Chapel Church in Albin.

She was the last member of her immediate family. Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

A son, Mark Lynn DeHaven died November 29, 1960.

A funeral service will be 2:30 p.m., Monday December 11, 2017 in Cartwright Funeral Home in Winchester, VA., by Rev. Anthony Wadsworth.

Friends will be received Sunday, December 10, 2017, 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral Home.

Inurnment will be private in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Frederick County.
