Alice Louise Paige
Alice L. Paige passed Tuesday November 8th 2011 at her home in Berryville, VA. She was born April 12th 1934 in Berryville, VA the daughter of the late Randall Paige and Marie Jackson Paige. She was a member of Zion Baptist Church and the Josephine Improvement Association. Alice worked and retired from Berryville Graphic for 40 years.
Surviving is a son Timothy S. Paige (Monta Carey) of Harrisburg, VA; three sisters, Margretta Wilson (Lawrence), Thelma Paige, and Rosa Brown (Thomas) all of Berryville, VA; daughter –in-law Teresa Paige; son-in-law, Vernon Payne; 7 grandchildren, Chistopher Clay of Berryville, VA, Dayton Lee, Xavier Lee, Isaiah and Savannah Payne all of Winchester, VA, Nashika and Sakala of Berryville, VA, and Solomon and Raymond Carey of Harrisburg, VA.
A daughter, Yvonne Paige Payne and son, Leander Paige; five brothers, William Benjamin, Nelson, Albert and Matthew Paige; five sisters, Helen Paige, Dorothy Williams, Mazie Harper, Estella Gillison, and Gladys Paige all preceded her in death.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday November 14, 2011 at Zion Baptist Church in Berryville, VA, with Rev. David Wedlock officiating.
There will be a private inurnment at a later date.
Family will receive friends one hour before service at the church.
