Audrey Ola Anderson Jones 

Audrey Ola Anderson Jones was born in Abingdon, Virginia. She passed on April 4, 2026, at home with her family sitting at her bedside.

She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grand-mother, daughter. sister and former military wife.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius E. Jones

Julius and Audrey married in 1958; they were married for 60 years before his passing in 2019. This union was blessed, with three children Janel Williams (James "Dusty") of Bowie, Maryland, Jerry Jones (Claude), and grandson Jonah of Ellicott City, Maryland, and Jill Jones (Aaron Randolph) and granddaughter Nina of Inwood, WV., and Bre of Woodstock, VA.

Audrey was a dedicated military wife during Julius' 26 years of military service. She was active in community service both during her military travels and post-retirement in Winchester, VA.

A private graveside service will be scheduled at Arlington National Cemetery, where Audrey will be laid to rest with Julius, her best friend, husband, and hero.
