Brevious E."Butch"Jordan,Jr.
Brevious E. Jordan, 64, of Front Royal, Virginia died Monday October 13, 2008 at RoseHill Nursing Home in Berryville, Virginia.
Mr. Jordan was born October 27, 1943 in Charlottesville, Virginia the son of the late Brevious E. Jordan, Sr. and Pearl G. Jordan of Front Royal, Virginia.
He was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Front Royal, VA. He also was a United States Veteran.
He leaves to cherish his memory with his mother; one daughter, Belita Jordan of Fairfax, Virginia; one son Lance Jordan of Front Royal, Virginia; two sisters, Brevetta Jordan of Front Royal, Virginia and Giselle Jordan-Savage of Toledo, Ohio; two brothers, Michael Jordan of Front Royal, Virginia and Gregory Jordan of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Three grandchildren preceded him in death.
A celebration of life service will be`12:00 pm Saturday October 18, 2008 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Front Royal, Virginia with Pastor Alfred Woods officiating.
Family will receive friends one hour before service at the church.
Burial will be 12:00pm in Culpeper National Cemetery in Culpeper, Virginia Monday October 20, 2008 with Military Honors accorded by the American Legion Post 330 of Culpeper, VA and the VFW Post 2524 of Culpeper, VA.
