Catherine A. "Ka-Ka" Williams
Catherine A. Williams, 82, of Winchester, Virginia died Tuesday May 13, 2008 at her home in Winchester, Virginia.
Ms. Williams was born December 13, 1925 the daughter of the late John O. Williams and Lula Mae Spradley Williams. She was a member of St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Winchester, Virginia. She also was one of the founding members of the North End Citizen Organization.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Karen Luann Wilds of Winchester, Virginia and Leah June West of Columbus, Ohio; one sister, Allene Finley of Holly, Michigan; and one brother, Lathan Williams, Sr. of Winchester, Virginia; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Two brothers, Lawrence Williams and John O. Williams, Jr.; and one sister, Dixie Williams all preceded her in death.
Celebration of Life Service will be 1:00 pm on Saturday May 17, 2008 at St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Winchester, Virginia with Pastor Kevin E. Wilson.
Family will receive friends one hour before service at the church on Saturday. Friends may call Friday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Locust Grove Cemetery in Stephens City, Virginia.
Pallbearers will be the Nephews.
