Adv. Pres. Elder Charles Henry Boles, Sr.

Adv. Pres. Elder Charles Henry Boles, Sr., 73 of Winchester, Virginia, died Friday February 8, 2008 at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.

Adv. Pres. Elder Charles H. Boles was born on October 28, 1934 in Winchester, Virginia the son of the late Leon Boles, Sr. and Mildred Preston. He attended Douglas High School and served in the United States Marine Corps for three years. He was owner and operator of Charles H. Boles Construction for over 40 years. He served as the Assistant Pastor of the Supreme Council of the House of Jacob at the Front Royal, VA Mission. He was an active member of the Sons of God Organization and The Senior Saints.

He was married to Nancy L. Grimes Boles of Winchester, Virginia for 55 years, whom he married on July 20, 1953 in Winchester, Virginia.

He leaves to cherish his memory with his wife; a daughter Deborah A. Mason of Winchester; two sons, Charles H. Boles, Jr., and Tommy Grimes both of Winchester; one sister Lena Rose of Winchester, Virginia; one brother, Leon Boles, Jr. of Newark, N.J.; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

One brother Lewis Preston preceded him in death.

A Celebration of Life Service will be officiated by Advanced Presiding Elder Clarence Miller at 12:00 pm February 16, 2008 at the Supreme Council of the House of Jacob in Winchester, Virginia

Friends may call Friday February 15, 2008 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the funeral home and the family will receive friends Friday 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park in Winchester, Virginia with Military Honors afforded by the Winchester VFW # 2123.

Pallbearers will be Advanced Presiding Elders of the Supreme Council of the House of Jacob.
