Charles "Charlie" Leroy Harris

Charles L. Harris, 65, of Winchester, VA., died Sunday, December 6, 2020 at the Piney Valley Nursing Home in Keyser, WV.

He was born November 15, 1956 in Winchester, VA., the son of the late Jouhua Harris and Emma Carter Harris.

He is survived by two brothers, George (Mary) N. Carter of Romney, WV

and Robert Harris of Appalachia, VA., and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Nana Harris and brother, Josh Harris.

Memorial Service will be 11:00  January 13th 2021 at Cartwright Funeral Home in Winchester, VA.

Inurnment will be later.
