Clarence Edward Baltimore passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 11, 2026, in West

Virginia University-Berkeley Medical Center, at the age of 63.

Clarence lived and worked in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia until illness.

forced him to retire in 2022. He acquired many useful skills while working, including.

positions at Atlantic Research and United Parcel Service.

Clarence loved meeting people and living life to the fullest. He will be remembered for

the kindness and love he had for everyone. No one was a stranger to him. Clarence’s

personality was key in opening the door for him to share about his Savior. He drew.

closer to God as he endured his illness.

Clarence survived by his wife, Betty, two sisters, Jean Carter and Bettyann Lawrence,

a brother, Paul Baltimore, Jr., a cousin (sister) Laflecia Poe (Ron) and a host of other

relatives and friends.

There will be a Celebration of Life service on July 27, 2026, at Beulah Baptist Church in

Markham, Virginia with Pastor Ferguson officiating.

Viewing will begin at 11:00 am and the service will start.

at 12:00 pm.

Interment will be Mt. Morris Cemetery in Hume, Virginia.
