Obituary
Rev. Earl King, 87, of Reston VA passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2012.
He was born May 10, 1924 in Fauquier County, VA, the son of the late Isaac Lee Thomas (Soney) King and Addie Lillian Timbers. He was one of seventeen children.
He was married to Adele Campbell who preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory three brothers, Harry Sr., Melvin and Roger King; three sons, Roger (Yolanda), Dennis (Frances), and Albert (Evelyn); two daughters, Sandra Hinton and Joyce (Franklin) Jones; ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A daughter, Diane Law;brothers, and sisters, Willie, Ossie, Louise, Elizabeth, Robert, James, Helen, George, John, Bedford, Dorothy, Mattie, Howard, and a great-grandson, Christopher Tyree all preceded him in death.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday January 16, 2012 at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 216 Loudoun Street, Leesburg, VA 20175 with Rev Chester L. Banks.
Family will receive friends one hour before service at the church.
Interment will be in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Lincoln, VA.
