Elder Percy Randolph Pollard
On October 8, 2012, at 3:00 the Lord called Elder Percy Randolph Pollard home from labor to eternal rest.
Elder pollard was born January 7, 1950. He was the son of the late Elder Roland Green Pollard, Sr. and Nellie Brook Halstine Pollard.
Elder Percy Pollard was married to Evangelist Eva Pollard for 15 years.
He left behind to cherish his memory one daughter, Paulette Yvonne Paige of Roanoke, VA; a great-grandson, JaiChaun Paige also of Roanoke, VA; a sister Ms. Jessie P. Thomas of Winchester, VA; two brothers, Archie Pollard of Winchester, VA, and Steve Pollard of Boyce, VA; one adopted sister, Anita Penn of Manassas, VA, and one step-sister, Gloria Morton of Boyce, VA.
Preceding him in death were one son, three daughters and two brothers.
A viewing will be held Sunday, October 14th at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Winchester, VA from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The service will be on Monday October 15th at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church at 11:00 am.
His final resting place will be in Love and Charity Cemetery in Millwood, VA.
In lieu of flowers donation can be sent on his behalf to Cartwright Funeral 232 East Fairfax Lane Winchester, VA.
