Elisa Acevedo Ruiz

Elisa Acevedo Ruiz passed away peacefully and went to be with her Savior on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the age of 94.

We remember her life of dedication to the Lord and her family as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. We praise the Lord for the many people she shared the gospel with through her personal life and work at Abba Care Pregnancy Resource Center.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on June 22, 2026, at Cartwright Funeral Home in Winchester, Virginia.

Viewing will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. John Mattica officiating.

Entombment will be private.
