Gloria Ann "Dolly" Putman

Gloria A. Putman, 53, passed away on August 19, 2014 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA.

Gloria was born February 16, 1961 at Woodstock Medical Center the daughter of late Robert Lee Bowley and Dorothy Coakley Bowley. Her life was well lived with much love for her family.

She is survived by four children; Teresa Bowley of Strasburg, VA, Jeremey Putman, Brian Putman and Tyrone Putman all of Winchester, VA; one step-daughter, Amber Turner of Winchester, VA; two close friends Herbert Thomas and Alonza Wilds, Sr. of Winchester, VA;
surviving brothers, Robert Bowley, Jr., George Bowley, Mike Bowley and Ricky Bowley and one sister, Barbara Sue Freeze.

Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and many friends.

A celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at 11 am at Cartwright Funeral Home in Winchester, VA.

Family will receive friends one hour before service at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Orrick Cemetery in Winchester, VA.
