Gregory Tyrone Harris, Sr.
Gregory Tyrone Harris, Sr., 42 of Winchester, VA went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 26, 2015.
Gregory was born on February 22, 1973. He was the youngest of five children of the late John Wilson Harris, Sr. and Emma L. (Fisher) Harris of Winchester, VA. Gregory was born and raised in Loudoun County, but recently resided in Winchester, VA. He graduated from Loudoun County High School and was a professional contract mover. He was baptized in early 2012 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Aldie, VA.
He was married to Ketura Harris of Winchester, VA
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife; Ketura Harris; two sons, Quentin L. Tinker and Gregory T. Harris; and a daughter, Cierra Mair, all of Lovettsville, VA; his loving mother, Emma L.(Eddie) Fisher Pearson of Winchester, VA; one brother, Moses U. Harris of Winchester, VA; two sisters, Emily L. Harris-Reid (Adrian) of Fredericksburg, VA and Viola M. Harris-Ewell (Anthony) of Manassas, VA; a sister-in-law, Dawn Dykes of WV; and a host of nieces, nephews aunts, uncles and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother; John Wilson Harris, Jr.
A Celebration of life Funeral Service will be 12:00 p.m., Monday November 2nd, 2015 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Aldie, VA with Rev. Eugene Pearson.
Family will receive friends one hour before service at the church.
Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Aldie, VA.
