HENRY"JOE" WILSON LACEY

Mr. Henry Wilson Lacey, affectionately known as "Joe ", of 2130 Douglas St., Winchester, VA departed this life on, Wednesday, Nov 21, 2018 at the Evergreen Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Winchester, VA. Joe was born on February 12, 1953 to the late Detsie Carey Lacey and James Beverly Lacey, Sr.

Joe was educated in the Loudoun County School System, ( Loudoun Valley High School in Purcellville, Va.) where he was then and up until his demise considered to be a down to earth and humble man helping people whenever he could. Joe was loved by many and was a favorite person to so many people. Joe loved his sports and was totally a die-hard Dallas Cowboy Fan. Joe also enjoyed the sport of fishing which he could be found on many occasions fishing with his son
.

Joe leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter, Melissa Smallwood and one son, Justin Lacey and the mother of his two children, ( Vanessa Lacey ); one sister, Barbara Washington (Timothy Washington), two grandsons, Demitrus and Dreden Estep, whom he loved dearly, along with several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death are one sister Sylivia L. Jackson, two brothers James Beverly Lacey Jr, Earl Lacey, as well as granddaughter, Tajiana Lynn Smallwood and nephew, Jose Lacey.

Memorial Service and Inurnment will be private.
