Jacqueline Elaine Carter

Jacqueline Elaine Carter,56, of Winchester, Va. went home to be with the Lord, on October 4th, 2023, at Inova Hospital in Fairfax, VA.

Jacqueline E. Carter was born September 25, 1967 in Front Royal, VA., the daughter of Gloria Jean Baltimore Carter and the late Clifford L. Carter, Sr.

She is survived by her daughter, Quanine Carter; four grandsons; Tyberius Carter, Nehemiah Carter, Julian Carter, and Ethan Carter. Her mother, Gloria Jean Baltimore Carter, her siblings; Rebecca L. Carter, Clifford Pete Carter, Jr., and Jerel Lamont Carter.

She was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Carter, her father, Clifford L. Carter, Sr., grandparents; Paul Baltimore and Rebecca Baltimore; and grandparents, John and Pearl Carter.

Celebration of life Memorial Service will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Cartwright Funeral Home in Winchester, VA. with Rev. Alfred Woods officiating.

Inurnment will be private.
