James Howard Blowe, Jr.

James Howard Blowe, Jr., 41, of Harrisburg, Pa., returned to his heavenly home on April 25, 2026.

He was born July 8, 1984, the son of Whitney Denise Cooper of Winchester, Virginia, and the late James Howard Blowe, Sr.

James leaves to cherish his memory, his mother; two sisters, Kimberly Robinson of Danville, Virginia, and Kenika Blowe of Petersburg, Virginia, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

James was preceded in death by his father, grandmother (Mary Nancy Johnson), and

uncle (Kevin Cooper).

The family will have a Memorial Funeral Service at Frederick Douglas Park in Winchester, Virginia. Time will be announce at a later date.
