Joseph Stanley Wilson, Sr.

Joseph Stanley Wilson, Sr., 67, of Baltimore, MD, died on Tuesday June 14, 2016 at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD. Joseph was born February 1, 1949 in Berryville, VA., the son of the late Lawrence Wilson, Sr. and Margretta Paige Wilson of Berryville, VA. He retired from Grumman Aircraft, and still worked at Marquip Ward United.

He was married to Marilyn Crittenden Wilson who preceded him in death.

Surviving with his mother; are his three daughters, Jael Wilson of Randallstown, MD, Renee Wilson-Burch (Eric) of Baltimore, MD, and Angela Wilson of Randallstown, MD; two sons, Joseph (Jena) Wilson, Jr., of Winchester, VA, and Aaron Wilson of Palm Harbor, Florida; one brother Rev. Lawrence Wilson, Jr.; four sisters, Laura Irby, Ann Clark, Clarissa Byrd and Cordelia Slaughter; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his friend Linda Chase of Westminster, MD.

A Celebration of Life service will be Wednesday June 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Winchester, VA., with Rev Lawrence E. Wilson, Jr. bringing the Eulogy.

Pallbearers will be the grandsons.

Family will receive friends one hour before service at the church.

Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park in Winchester, VA.
