Judith Gaither Scott

Judith Gaither Scott, 65, of Winchester, Virginia died Sunday February 11, 2007 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.

Mrs. Scott was born April 23, 1941 in Winchester, Virginia the daughter of late Arthur G. Gaither, Sr. and Maragretta Carter. She was a member of John Mann United Methodist Church in Winchester, Virginia.

She was married to Robert A. Scott, Sr. who preceded her in Death.

She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Ann G. Salmon and Lori Gaither both of Winchester; one son, Robert A. Scott, Jr. of Winchester; two sisters, Carolyn Gaither Morris and Gloria Gaither Gardner both of Winchester: two brothers, Arthur Gaither, Jr. of Wichita, Ks and Thomas Gaither of Waterford, Ct.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

One son, Donovan Lee; three sisters, Maragretta V. Gaither, Katherine G. Humphries and Rosie G. Small; and Four brothers, Lewis G. Gaither, Walter E. Gaither, Robert S. Gaither, Sr. and William Gaither all preceded her in death.

A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 am Saturday February 17, 2007 at John Mann United Methodist Church in Winchester, Virginia. with the Rev. Carroll C. Carter officiating.

Family will receive friends Friday 7 to 8:30 pm at the church.

Burial will be in Orrick Cemetery in Winchester, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be Gary Gaither, Darin Gardner, Irving Young,Jr., Ray Reaves, George Small, Jr., and Thomas Turner.
