Julia "Judy" May Grimes
Julia May Grimes, 69 of Winchester died Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at her home in Winchester, Virginia.
Judy was born October 12, 1941 in Winchester, Virginia the daughter of the late Thomas B. Grimes and Daisy Burns Grimes. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Winchester, Virginia where she served on the Missionary Board and as an Usher.
She leaves to cherish her memory two sisters, Nancy Lee Boles and Barbara Jean Grimes both of Winchester, Virginia; and other relatives and friends.
One sister, Mary Ella Grimes; and three brothers, William "Billy" Grimes, Albert Grimes, and Charles Grimes all preceded her in death.
A celebration of life will be 12:00 p.m. Tuesday September 6, 2011 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Winchester, Virginia, with Pastor Gilbert M. Mack, Jr.
Family will receive friends one hour before service at the church.
Pallbearers will be family and friends
Burial will be at Orrick Cemetery in Winchester, Virginia.
