Lula Bell Turner
Lula B. Turner, 75, of Middleburg, Virginia passed away Tuesday April 6, 2010 at Heritage Hall Health and Rehab Center in Leesburg, Virginia.
Lula was born September 12, 1934 in Upperville VA. the daughter of the late Thomas Eithell Turner Sr.and Marie Hughes Turner. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Upperville, VA. where she was a choir member and served as Financial Secretary.
She was married to George G. Turner, Jr. of Middleburg, Virginia.
She leaves to cherish her memory with her husband; a daughter Julie Marie Turner Ford of Columbia, PA.; two grandchildren, Anthony Cristian Ford of Oakton, VA. and Rachelle Dionne Ford of Centreville, VA.; one great-grandchild Desiree Alexa McKan of Centreville, VA.; three sisters, Geneva Moore (Odell) of Middleburg, VA., Ann Cartwright (Bruce) of Winchester, VA., and Merley Louise Robinson (Roger) of Leesburg, VA; one brother, Thomas Eithell Turner, Jr. of Winchester, VA.
A brother, Channing Richard Turner preceded her in death.
A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 pm Tuesday April 13, 2010 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Upperville, VA. with Rev. Philip Lewis officiating.
Family will receive friends 12:00 to 12:45 pm at the church.
Interment will be Westview Cemetery in Upperville, VA.
