Mae Holmes Allison
Mae Holmes Allison, 84, of Berryville, Virginia died Monday April 7, 2008.
Mrs. Allison was born April 9, 1923 in Berryville, Virginia the daughter of the late Robert Holmes and Helen Gillison Holmes. She was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Berryville, Virginia.
Mrs. Allison was married to Levi Allison, who died in 1954.
Surviving arte three daughters, Wanda Flen of Atlanta, Ga., Joyce Mason of Winchester,Va., and Loretta Allison of Berryville, VA; four sons, Dwight Allison and Larry Allison both of Berryville, Va., Lance Allison of Cleveland, Ohio, and Levi Allison of Petersburg, Virginia; two sisters, Dorothy Brown and Anne Smith both of Berryville, Va.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be
Saturday April 12, 2008 3:00 pm at Grace Episcopal Church in Berryville, Va. with The Rev. Dwight Brown officiating
Inurnment will be private
