IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Nathaniel Francis
Burns
August 5, 1973 – August 16, 2021
Nathaniel Francis Burns
"It Will All Change in The Blink of An Eye, Believe Us".
W hereas, on August 16, 2021, Our Family lives changed, when our Son, Father, Baby Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Friend received his wings to fly to his New Home.
Nathaniel Francis Burns, affectionately known as "Nate" to those that loved him, was one of those changes that came with that blink.
"Nate" was born August 5 th 1973, the son of Martha "Teenie" Burns and the Late Robert "Junior Dudley with James E. Cook Sr.
HE LOVED, HIMSELF SOME CARS AND TO OUR UNDERSTANDING, HE WAS A "GREAT" RACE CAR DRIVER. HE WAS A MEMBER OF THE VIRGINIA STREET OUTLAWS, WHICH HE WAS VERY PROUD.
He leaves to cherish his memory, His Mother Teenie, four sons, ( Twins ) Leon Twyman & (Alex) Lamont Twyman (Heidie), Marcus Burns and Devon Woodward. Four Sisters, Charlene Collison, Angela Johnson (Tyrone), Shelia Freeman (William) and Susie Curry (William). Eight Brothers, David Burns (Karen), Timothy Brown, James Cook Jr., William Cook, Charlie Cook (Cheryl), Kenneth Cook (Amy) and Henry Payton and Curtis Payton (Roberta). Ten Grandchildren, a Special Niece and Nephew, Ashley Burns & Elijah Burns. A Host "and do I mean a host" of Nieces, Nephews, Great's, and a Village of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
Joining him at his New Home Are His Father's "Junior" Dudley and James Cook Sr... His Grandparents, James & Martha Burns, two Nieces, Shaunte and Janea Burns and two Nephews' David "DJ" Burns Jr., baby Legend Burns and Maxton James Cook.
"I CAN IMAGINE IF, HEAVEN HAD A SPEEDWAY ON THOSE PRECIOUS STREETS OF GOLD, I CAN SEE HIS GLOWING SMILE, JUST BEAMING, WAITING FOR THEM TO SAY "GO, WINNING ISN'T EVER IMPORTANT", JUST THE EXCITEMENT OF ENGINE REBBING, AND JUST BEING APART OF THE SHOW".
