"Fay" was a spirit-filled woman, who loved the Lord. She was a member of Kingdom Life Cathedral in Ranson, Virginia. She served as President for the Nurses Ministry. She was employed for twenty-four years with Winchester Valley Health System.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Kenneth and Lionel Hughes, and two sisters, Marva Harris and Cheryl and Hughes.

Cherished memories will sustain and keep her survivors; her two beloved sons, Anthony Twyman and Brison Twyman; her two beloved daughters, Nataki Yates and Michele Ford; sisters, Brenda Simmons, Wanda Harris, Sylvia "Bitsy" Turner, Juanita Hughes, Melissa Smith and Deborah Washby; brothers, Henry Hughes, James Hughes and Reginald Washby; two goddaughters, Janelle Baylor and Jocelyn Hargrove; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

"Fay" loved spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren, Shardal Twyman, Kayla Twyman, Anthony Twyman, Brianna Twyman, Charles Yates, Jr., Clarissa Mills, Juwan Yates, Brison Twyman, Jr., Marisha Little, Trenton Twyman and Tyler Sims. She also enjoyed spending time with her best friend, Justine Jones.

With an unselfish spirit, "Fay" was always willing to help and support with whatever she was capable of doing. She was always happy and appreciating of everything. "Fay" touched many lives with her generosity and maintained her trademark laugh and gum popping all the way to the end.
