Robert Delphil "Bobby" Brown

Robert D. Brown, 80 of Clearbrook, VA., went home to be with Jesus on Monday December 19, 2016. He was born July 12, 1936 to the late Shelia and Cecilia Brown of Clearbrook, VA.

Robert loved hunting and fishing and his grandkids. He was also an avid Redskins' fan.

He was married to Mary Brown of Clearbrook, VA.

He is survived by his wife, Mary of 53 years; four children, Jeremiah (Tangie) of Selma, NC, Robert (Michelle) of Holly Springs , NC, Sheila Brown of Winchester and Darion (Carol) of Martinsburg, WV.; two brothers, Roger and Vernon Brown of Clearbrook, VA.; a sister Rev. Imogene B. Smith of Inwood, WV; 12 grandchildren and a Host of great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Brown.

A celebration of Life Service will be 12:00 p.m., Friday December 23rd, 2016 at Woodbine Assembly of God Church in Clearbrook, VA with Pastor Louis Whitford and Bishop David Palmer.

Family will receive friends one hour before service at the church.

Interment will follow at the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens in Kearneysville, WV.
