Rudolph Powell, Sr.
Rudolph Powell, Sr., 63, of Winchester, Virginia died Friday May 15, 2009
at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.
Mr. Powell was born April 27, 1947 in Leiland, Miss. He was a member of St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Winchester, Virginia, where he was a member of the Men Ministry.
He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Rudolph Powell, Jr. of Winchester, Virginia; and five grandchildren, Tyreese Pollard of Manassas, Virginia, Traquan Powell and Rudikya Powell both of Harrisonburg, Virginia, Keauna Powell and Rudijah both of Winchester, Virginia.
One grand-daughter Aeriuna Powell preceded him in death.
A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday May 20, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Winchester, Virginia with Rev. Kevin E. Wilson officiating.
Family will receive friends 7 to 8:00 pm Tuesday May 19, 2009 at Cartwright Funeral Home in Winchester, Virginia.
Friends may visit Tuesday May 19, 2009, 1-4:00 pm at Cartwright Funeral Home in Winchester, Virginia.
Inurnment will be at a later date.
