Shelia Deborah Paige
Shelia Paige of Berryville, Virginia passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her children and family on Sunday, May 25, 2014.
Shelia was born on March 4, 1952 in Berryville, Virginia the daughter of Thelma J. Paige and Randolph E. Brooks.
She was employed at American Woodmark for 38 years prior to retiring.
Shelia enjoyed the companionship of her beloved Poodle/Shih Tzu Eboni for 17 years; leading the culinary ministry of her church-Zion Baptist; catering various events throughout the community; and gatherings with family and friends.
Surviving with her parents, a daughter Hope Paige of Berryville, VA; sons, Jay Paige of Midlothian, VA; and Wesley Paige of Berryville, VA; brother, Ronnell Paige (Madeline) and sister, Phyllis Washington (Webster) both of Winchester, VA; sisters, Diane Marshall of Forestville, MD and Lynette Paige of Clinton, MD; a god-daughter, Savannah Payne of Winchester, VA; grandchildren; Treyona Alger, and Caitlyn Shanholtz both of Winchester, VA; and Noah Carter Spiker of Midway, WV; along with a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, June 2, 2014, at 12:00pm at Zion Baptist Church 10 Josephine Street, Berryville, VA, with Pastor Delbert Hicks officiating.
Family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at the Church
Interment will be at Milton Valley Cemetery on Josephine Street
Memorials may be made to her grandson, Noah Spiker c/o of Tammy Spiker
