Virginia Flo Ortley
Virginia Flo Ortley, 69, of Bluemont, VA., passed away September 13, 2011 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA.
She was born January 6, 1942 in Barbar County, WV, the daughter of the late Isaac S. Poling and Bertha Katheryn Ryan.
She was married to Wesley Edean Ortley of Bluemont, VA.
She leaves to cherish her memory with her husband; six daughters, Patricia Ann Zinn and Dorothy Catherine Ratcliff both of Winchester, VA, Kimberly Lynn Collins of Cottageville, S.C., Janette Ann Cox of Bluemont, VA, Mary Faye Marie Campbell of Ransom, WV. and Juanita Sue Ortley of Elkridge, MD; one son, Richard David Zinn of Martinsburg, WV; two sisters, Brenda Ennis of Catlett, VA and Donna Ryan of Leesburg, VA; an aunt, Dorothy Kelly of Ohio; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
Two sons, Ronald Lee Zinn, Roger Lee Zinn; stepfather, John Quinn Ryan and several decease brothers and sisters preceded her in death.
A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be 11:00 am Friday September 16, 2011 at Shenandoah Memorial Park in Winchester, VA, with Bishop Alfred Dunn.
Family will receive friends Thursday 6-8:00 pm September 15, 2011 at Cartwright Funeral Home in Winchester, VA.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Interment will be at Shenandoah Memorial Park in Winchester, VA.
